The Logitech V400 Laser Cordless Mouse uses a new dual laser tracking technology that is tuned to provide maximum surface coverage. Dual laser technology does not take pictures of a surface, as do most optical and laser sensors. Instead, it measures changes in the frequency of reflected light as the sensor is moved at different speeds and in different directions. Working together, these two lasers provide extremely accurate tracking performance on virtually any surface – ideal for a notebook mouse. The dual laser engine is packaged in a radically smaller, single-chip form factor – a crucial feature that enables the V400 to be so compact, portable, and durable. As with all Logitech laser products, the laser is nearly invisible and very safe: It meets the Class 1M safety standard.
Logitech 2.4 GHz Digital Cordless
The Logitech V400 Laser Cordless Mouse and its USB micro-receiver connect instantly when the receiver is plugged into a notebook PC.
